Before the proposal day, we did a full walkthrough with the Estancia team to map out the best approach and final position.

We landed on Point Flora—a tucked-away space filled with natural floral arrangements. Private enough to keep things intimate, but open enough to give the moment room to breathe.

This is where everything would happen.

Building the Setup — Clean, Intentional, Elevated

For this proposal, Samuel chose to add our Signature “Yes” setup.

This setup is designed for locations like Estancia where you have space to work with—but don’t want to overdo it.

We kept it minimal:

• Gold circular arch

• Soft white and blush florals

• Rose petal walkway

• LED candles for a clean, consistent glow

Proposal Day — Where Execution Matters

Stephanie and I arrived a few hours early.

We don’t show up and “figure it out.” We lock everything in before it happens.

We walked the route again. Checked lighting. Finalized positioning. Adjusted small details most people wouldn’t notice—but would feel if they were off.

From that moment, we had about 6–7 minutes.
