Joshua Tree is different from both.

Once you enter Joshua Tree National Park, you're trading resort amenities for open desert, massive rock formations, Joshua trees, hiking trails, viewpoints, and a much more adventurous experience.

We'd lean toward Palm Springs if you want:

It's also a strong choice when one partner doesn't necessarily enjoy hiking or rugged outdoor environments.

Palm Desert Proposals: Best for Luxury, Resorts & Convenience

Palm Desert is where we'd look if you told us:

"I want the desert and mountains, but I also want everything to feel easy."

Our experience planning Mohamed and Jenny's proposal at JW Marriott Desert Springs showed us exactly why Palm Desert can work so well.

We'd lean toward Palm Desert if you want:

• Restaurants on property

For pure convenience, Palm Desert might be our favorite of the three.

Joshua Tree Proposals: Best for Adventure & Epic Desert Scenery

Then there's Joshua Tree.

This is where you go when the landscape itself is the experience.

Once you're inside Joshua Tree National Park, the experience is completely different from Palm Springs or Palm Desert.

No resort lobby.

No restaurant around the corner.

No valet.

You're trading those conveniences for something else:

Joshua trees.

Rock formations.

Open desert.

Mountain views.

Long roads disappearing into the landscape.

And incredible sunsets.

That's exactly why people fall in love with proposing here.

Why Joshua Tree Photographs So Differently

Joshua Tree gives you enormous natural backgrounds.

Instead of photographing around buildings and resort guests, we're often working with the landscape itself.

That creates proposal photographs that can feel cinematic, adventurous, and completely removed from the city.

For couples who love national parks, road trips, hiking, camping, or simply being outdoors, it's hard to replicate that experience somewhere else.

One of our favorite Joshua Tree proposal experiences happened at Keys View.

Inside the national park, amenities are limited and cell service can be unreliable.

You don't want the success of your proposal depending on a text saying:

"Where are you?"

when nobody has service.

Summer Proposals in Joshua Tree Require Extra Planning

Summer heat should be taken seriously.

If you're proposing during the warmer months, we'd strongly recommend planning around the cooler parts of the day whenever possible.

For photography, this usually works in our favor anyway.

Early mornings and the period leading into sunset generally provide more comfortable conditions and more flattering light than the middle of the afternoon.

Bring water.

What About the Weather?

All three destinations are desert environments.

That means timing matters.

For most proposal photography, we prefer getting closer to golden hour rather than proposing in harsh midday sunlight.

During summer, this becomes even more important.

Palm Springs and Palm Desert have one major advantage during hotter months:

You can spend much of the day inside a hotel, restaurant, spa, or another air-conditioned environment before stepping outside closer to proposal time.

Joshua Tree doesn't give you that same flexibility once you're inside the park.

That's something we'd strongly consider when choosing between the three.

What If You're Visiting From Out of Town?

Then we'd think beyond the proposal itself.

Ask:

What do we want the entire trip to feel like?

If your partner hates hiking, don't drag them through the desert because you saw a beautiful proposal photograph online.

Mohamed and Jenny's surprise proposal at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert had a little bit of everything.

And that's exactly why we'll remember it.

Mohamed first reached out to us in early July looking for help planning and photographing a surprise proposal on August 7.

The date had initially been held for another client, but when that booking fell through, we were able to officially confirm August 7 for Mohamed.

From there, the planning began.

And honestly? Sometimes that's exactly how the best proposal stories come together. Mohamed's original vision sent us searching for the perfect mountain backdrop, but after comparing locations, walking the resort, and scouting the possibilities, Flamingo Island at JW Marriott Desert Springs became the setting for his unforgettable "yes" with Jenny. Whether you know exactly where you want to propose or only know how you want the moment to feel, we'll help turn that first idea into a plan that works beautifully in real life.

Plan Your Palm Springs Proposal

Finding the Right Proposal Location

One of the first things we do after a couple books with us is send over our proposal questionnaire.

We don't want to simply ask:

Where do you want to propose?

We want to understand what you're actually envisioning.

What kind of scenery do you want?

Do you want privacy?

Do you want family involved?

Are you looking for something adventurous, elegant, intimate, or completely unexpected?

Mohamed knew one thing for sure:

He wanted beautiful mountain views.

That gave us a starting point.

We considered several Southern California proposal locations, including:

• Joshua Tree National Park

• Idyllwild

• Coachella Valley Vista Point

• Palm Desert

Each offered something completely different.

Joshua Tree gave us dramatic desert landscapes.

Idyllwild offered mountains, pine forests, and a completely different atmosphere.

The Coachella Valley overlooks gave us expansive desert and mountain views.

But eventually, we found an option that combined the desert, mountains, water, palm trees, and an experience we could build into the proposal itself.

Why We Chose JW Marriott Desert Springs

The JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa feels completely different from what many people imagine when they think about the Palm Springs area.

Instead of only desert landscapes, the property combines towering palm trees, waterways, lakes, landscaped grounds, mountain views, and the resort's famous pink flamingos.

The resort sits on approximately 450 acres in Palm Desert and includes five outdoor pools, two championship golf courses, a spa, restaurants, gardens, waterways, and boat tours that travel through the property.

For a proposal, that variety gives you something extremely valuable:

Options.

You can create one experience around the proposal itself and then have several completely different backgrounds available for engagement photos afterward.

For Mohamed, one location immediately stood out.

Flamingo Island.

Water.

Palm trees.

Flamingos.

Desert mountains in the distance.

It gave us the romantic setting he wanted without having to drive deep into the desert.

Now we needed to figure out exactly how to pull it off.

We Don't Like Going Into Proposal Day Blind

This is where a lot of the work happens that clients never see.

A surprise proposal isn't just another photoshoot for us.

For the person proposing, this could be one of the biggest days of their life.

We take that seriously.

Before Mohamed's proposal, Stephanie and I drove out to Palm Desert ourselves.

We walked the resort.

We visited Flamingo Island.

We studied the pathways.

We looked at the light.

We considered where Mohamed and Jenny should approach from.

We looked for areas where we could photograph them without immediately giving ourselves away.

And most importantly, we developed backup options in case our original plan wasn't possible on proposal day.

Scouting isn't always glamorous.

But we'd rather spend extra time preparing beforehand than have a client standing somewhere on proposal day wondering:

Where am I supposed to go?

Turning an Idea Into an Actual Proposal Plan

Once we'd seen the resort ourselves, everything became much easier to visualize.

We started building Mohamed's final plan.

The idea was to incorporate the resort's boat experience into the day.

Mohamed and Jenny could enjoy the resort together while Stephanie and I quietly photographed a few candid moments from a distance.

After the boat ride, we'd move ahead of them toward Flamingo Island.

Then we'd blend into the environment like any other couple taking photographs around the resort.

When Mohamed and Jenny approached, we'd casually ask if they could take a photo of us.

Then we'd return the favor.

That would naturally put Mohamed and Jenny exactly where we needed them without Jenny realizing what was about to happen.

Simple.

Natural.

And most importantly:

It wouldn't feel staged.

The Final Proposal Timeline

As August 7 approached, we finalized every detail.

Mohamed received a complete proposal timeline so he knew how the evening would unfold.

We also sent him a proposal checklist covering the things he needed to remember before leaving.

Then we sent our proposal FYI, covering the little logistical details that are easy to forget when you're thinking about an engagement ring and one very important question.

Before proposal day, we scheduled one final call.

We walked through everything again.

Arrival.

Timing.

Boat ride.

Where we'd be.

Where he'd be.

The approach.

The cue.

The proposal.

By the time we finished the call, everyone knew the plan.

Now we just needed proposal day to cooperate.

Proposal Day at JW Marriott Desert Springs

When August 7 finally arrived, Stephanie and I headed to Palm Desert early.

We never want the first time we're seeing the conditions to be when our client is already walking toward us.

Arriving early gives us time to evaluate the light, crowds, weather, and anything else that might have changed since scouting.

Everything looked good.

Mohamed and Jenny arrived.

And the plan went into motion.

We boarded the boat and started capturing discreet candid photographs of them enjoying the resort together.

For Jenny, it was simply part of their evening.

For us, the clock was already running in our heads.

Because once we got off that boat, we needed to get to Flamingo Island before they did.

Easy enough.

At least that's what we thought.

And Then We Got Off at the Wrong Stop

Weeks of preparation.

Multiple planning conversations.

A scouting trip.

A finalized timeline.

Everything was going perfectly.

Until Stephanie and I got off the boat at the wrong drop-off.

We realized pretty quickly that we weren't where we needed to be.

And Mohamed and Jenny weren't going to wait for two photographers who couldn't figure out where they were.

So we ran.

Through the resort.

Toward Flamingo Island.

At one point, we even hopped over a fence.

If anyone happened to see two photographers sprinting through the JW Marriott that evening...

Now you know why.

Sometimes proposal photography looks elegant.

Sometimes it looks like two people running through Palm Desert carrying camera equipment because we are absolutely not missing this moment.

The things we'll do not to be late.

But we made it.

That's what mattered.

Weeks of Planning Came Down to One Moment

We reached Flamingo Island before Mohamed and Jenny.

Not by much.

But enough.

We caught our breath.

Got into position.

And pretended nothing unusual had happened.

A few moments later, Mohamed and Jenny approached.

Exactly as planned, we casually walked over and asked if they could take a photo of us.

They did.

Then we offered to return the favor.

Everything we'd discussed over the previous weeks suddenly came down to this one moment.

We positioned them.

Stepped back.

And let Mohamed take over.

He turned toward Jenny.

He spoke to her.

Then he got down on one knee.

And asked:

"Will you marry me?"

Jenny said yes.

Weeks of preparation bottled into a few seconds.

That's the strange thing about surprise proposals.

You can spend hours scouting.

Days planning.

Weeks communicating.

And ultimately, everything exists to protect a moment that lasts only seconds.

That's why we prepare so much.

Because you don't get to recreate that reaction.

Engagement Photos Around Flamingo Island

After Jenny said yes, we gave them time to enjoy the moment before transitioning into a short engagement session.

We had roughly another 30 minutes of light.

So we did what photographers do best.

We chased it.

Around Flamingo Island.

Along the water.

Under the palm trees.

Through the landscaped areas surrounding the resort.

One of our favorite things about photographing proposals at JW Marriott Desert Springs is the variety available without needing to leave the property.

Within a relatively small area, photographs can incorporate water, palm trees, flamingos, landscaped gardens, resort architecture, desert scenery, and the surrounding mountains.

That made the engagement session feel completely different from the proposal photographs even though everything happened at the same resort.

And after weeks of planning, phone calls, scouting, running through a resort, and hopping a fence...

Mohamed and Jenny were engaged.

Mission accomplished.

Afterward, Mohamed sent us a message that meant a lot:

Short.

Simple.

And honestly, that's everything we hope a client feels after working with us.

Mohamed and Jenny's proposal reinforced something we've learned over and over again:

Our plan didn't work perfectly.

We got off at the wrong boat stop.

We had to improvise.

We had to run.

But none of that affected Mohamed's experience because the important parts had already been planned.

We knew what Mohamed expected.

Early in June, Danny reached out to us letting us know he and his girlfriend, Bri, would be traveling from Colorado to Southern California during Fourth of July weekend. He already knew one thing for certain—he wanted Laguna Beach to be the place where he asked the biggest question of his life.

After talking through several locations around Laguna Beach, we kept coming back to one place.

Victoria Beach.

Known for its iconic pirate tower, dramatic cliffs, secluded shoreline, and incredible sunsets, Victoria Beach has quietly become one of our favorite locations for surprise proposals.

The area surrounding the famous tower is often called Mermaid Beach, though most visitors simply refer to the entire location as Victoria Beach. Regardless of what you call it, it's one of the most unique beaches in all of Southern California.

Unlike many proposal locations, Victoria Beach feels adventurous, intimate, and unforgettable.

It's easy to understand why couples from around the country choose this hidden stretch of coastline for one of the biggest moments of their lives.

Planning a Destination Proposal Takes More Than Photography

As we've photographed more surprise proposals over the years, we've realized something.

Most couples don't just need a photographer.

They need someone who can help them plan the entire experience.

We helped build a personalized itinerary around what he and Bri enjoy doing while visiting Laguna Beach. What You Should Know About Proposing at Victoria Beach

Victoria Beach is one of the most beautiful proposal locations in Orange County, but it's also one of the easiest places to underestimate.

The beach is accessed through a residential neighborhood just off Coast Highway. Parking is extremely limited, especially on weekends and holidays, so arriving early is essential. Depending on availability, you may need to park along Coast Highway and walk through the neighborhood before reaching the stairs that lead down to the beach.

The biggest factor, however, is the tide.

The famous pirate tower sits near the shoreline, and during high tide, waves can completely surround the area. On certain days, the water rises enough that walking around the tower becomes difficult—or even unsafe.

Because of that, we always monitor tide conditions before recommending Victoria Beach for a proposal.

For Danny's proposal, we arrived well before he did to make sure everything looked exactly as expected.

Once we confirmed the tide was low enough and conditions were safe, we sent him the thumbs up.

It was time.

The Proposal

Stephanie and I blended in like tourists, walking around taking photos while keeping an eye on the trail leading toward the tower.

A few minutes later, we spotted Danny and Bri making their way down the beach.

As planned, we casually walked over and asked if they wouldn't mind taking a quick photo for us.

After thanking them, we smiled and offered to return the favor.

As soon as Danny and Bri stepped into position with the pirate tower behind them, everything slowed down.

Danny reached for Bri's hands.

He took a deep breath.

Then he dropped to one knee.

For a brief moment, the beach seemed completely still.

Bri's expression instantly changed from curiosity to complete surprise.

She covered her face, laughed, cried, and moments later...

She said yes.

One of our favorite parts about photographing proposals isn't simply documenting the surprise.

It's watching two people forget the camera is even there.

Those first few moments after the "yes" are always the most genuine.

Chasing the Last Light

With the proposal complete, we spent the next thirty minutes exploring Victoria Beach together.

We photographed them beneath the cliffs.

Along the shoreline.

Near the iconic pirate tower.

Every few minutes the light became softer and warmer.

Then something unexpected happened.

Just as the sun began dropping below the horizon, dolphins appeared offshore.

As if Laguna Beach wanted to congratulate them too.

Sometimes nature gives you a little extra.

This was one of those evenings.

A Surprise Proposal That Started in Palm Springs

In the middle of May, Arnold reached out to us looking for a photographer to capture a surprise proposal near the end of the month in Palm Springs.

After several phone calls and planning sessions, we came up with a different idea.

To help keep the proposal a complete surprise, we actually moved the proposal date forward to Memorial Day, May 25, throwing his girlfriend completely off the trail.

Sometimes the best proposal planning isn't just choosing the perfect location.

It's creating enough uncertainty that your partner never suspects what's about to happen.

Choosing Crescent Bay Park in Laguna Beach

After discussing several Southern California proposal locations, we ultimately chose Crescent Bay Park in Laguna Beach.

Why?

Because Crescent Bay Park offers nearly everything couples look for when planning a proposal:

• Incredible Pacific Ocean views

• Elevated coastal bluffs

• Beautiful golden-hour light

• Easy transition to the beach afterward

• One of the most romantic proposal locations in Orange County

Arnold also wanted something more elevated than a traditional proposal.

So together we planned our Signature Yes Proposal Experience, complete with our decorative arch, candles, florals, and styling to create a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean.

When everything came together, the location felt intimate, elegant, and timeless.

Memorial Day Weekend... What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

Holiday weekends and coastal California.

Most photographers immediately think:

Traffic.

Crowds.

Parking.

Chaos.

And honestly...

They'd be right.

We arrived early—as we always do—but still spent nearly an hour searching for parking.

Once we finally found a space, our vehicle ended up nearly half a mile away from the proposal site.

That meant multiple trips carrying the arch, flowers, décor, equipment, cameras, and everything else needed to create the experience Arnold envisioned.

Would we do it again?

Without hesitation.

Because while most people only see the final photographs...

We get to experience everything that happens before that first shutter click.

The Moment Everything Came Together

Once everything was set up, all that was left was to wait.

Arnold arrived exactly as planned.

Nearby, family members quietly hid out of sight, waiting for the big moment.

He was flying his girlfriend, Kennedy, from Kentucky to Southern California, and he wanted to ask one of the biggest questions of his life.

What he didn't know was where.

Nothing quite felt like them.

During our conversation, Paul mentioned something that immediately stood out.

The two of them loved going on picnics together.

Naturally, our Cliffside Boho Proposal Experience came up during the conversation, but Paul explained he wanted something quieter than the beach.

He wanted nature.

Somewhere peaceful.

Somewhere that felt personal.

So we started sending galleries from previous surprise proposals we'd photographed throughout Southern California.

Then he stopped on one gallery.

A proposal tucked between two towering willow trees.

Almost immediately he told us why.

Kennedy grew up around willow trees in Kentucky.

They reminded her of home.

That single detail changed everything.

At that point, the proposal wasn't just about creating beautiful photos anymore.

It became about bringing a small piece of home across the country for one unforgettable evening.

Once we finalized the concept, we began designing the experience.

Our calendar was already filling quickly with surprise proposals and weddings throughout Southern California, while Paul's travel schedule offered only a few possible days.

After moving a few things around on both sides, we found a date that worked.

Over the following week we refined every detail.

We reviewed the timeline again with Paul, answered questions, confirmed arrival instructions, and made sure everything would feel effortless once they arrived.

The goal is always simple.

When proposal day comes, our clients shouldn't be thinking about logistics.

They should only be thinking about the person standing in front of them.

Every Proposal Has a Story—Even Before the Couple Arrives

Proposal day finally arrived.

We picked up a few of Paul and Kennedy's favorite things from the store before driving to Mason Regional Park in Irvine to begin setting up.

Everything seemed to be going according to plan.

Until we reached the willow trees.

There was one unexpected obstacle.

Ducks.

If you've never spent much time around ducks, here's something you probably don't know.

They eat constantly.

Which means...

They also leave plenty behind.

The area we'd carefully selected for the picnic had become a favorite gathering spot during the tail end of duck mating season.

Simply moving the setup wasn't really an option because those willow trees were the entire reason we chose the location.

So we texted Paul to let him know we might need a few extra minutes and rolled up our sleeves.

It may not have been the most glamorous part of proposal photography, but sometimes creating a memorable experience means doing work no one ever sees.

We cleaned.

Adjusted.

Reset everything.

Fluffed the blankets.

Placed every pillow.

Lit the candles.

Started the music.

And waited.

The Moment Everything Became Worth It

As Paul and Kennedy walked toward the picnic, we could immediately see the surprise on her face.

She wasn't expecting any of it.

The willow trees.

The picnic.

The music.

Everything came together exactly as Paul had imagined.

He turned toward Kennedy.

Dropped to one knee.

Asked the question he'd been carrying with him across the country.

Creating the Perfect Cover Story

Meanwhile, Stephanie and I arrived early.

Because it was a busy holiday weekend, we wanted plenty of time to secure parking, scout the area, monitor the lighting conditions, and make sure everything was ready before they arrived.

When Dvir and Shay walked up to the overlook, the plan was for him to casually approach us and ask if we could take a photo of them together.

This is one of our favorite proposal strategies because it feels completely natural and never raises suspicion.

We happily agreed.

We positioned them overlooking the valley below.

As photographers, we often guide couples into a few simple poses before the proposal to make everything feel authentic and comfortable.

We asked them to stand together.

Then we asked them to face one another.

Finally, we asked them to hold hands and look into each other's eyes.

That was Dvir's cue.

He began sharing his proposal speech, talking directly to Shay while Stephanie and I documented every reaction.

Moments later, he got down on one knee.

Shay immediately realized what was happening.

And she said yes.

Mother's Day Weekend Surprise Proposal at La Jolla Cove | JR & Michelle's Engagement Story

One of the things we've learned after photographing hundreds of surprise proposals is that no proposal ever unfolds exactly the way you imagine it will.

And honestly?

That's usually what makes it memorable.

In late April, we received a message from JR asking if we were available to photograph his proposal to Michelle on May 9th in La Jolla.

We were already booked for a sunset proposal later that day, leaving only a morning or afternoon opening available.

After going back and forth on timing, we ultimately landed on a morning proposal.

Not only did it work better with JR's schedule, but anyone familiar with La Jolla Cove knows the lighting is often much more favorable in the morning. The crowds are lighter, the marine layer typically creates softer light, and the coastline has a calmness that's difficult to find later in the day.

Within the week, everything was booked and we began planning.

The proposal itself seemed simple enough.

JR and Michelle would be driving in from Las Vegas for Mother's Day weekend. JR had family in San Diego and told Michelle they were spending the day visiting relatives before exploring La Jolla Cove, Scripps Park, and the surrounding coastline.

The plan was straightforward.

They would casually walk through Scripps Park near La Jolla Cove.

We would "happen" to be nearby.

JR would ask us to take a photo of them on his phone.

We would then offer to take a few photos on our camera.

From there, we'd guide them into position and JR would propose.

Simple.

At least that's what we thought.

Traffic entering La Jolla was significantly heavier than anticipated, pushing our target proposal time from 9:30 AM to nearly 10:00 AM.

Once we finally parked, Stephanie and I practically sprinted through La Jolla Cove to get into position.

Thankfully, JR's sister was helping coordinate behind the scenes and kept us updated throughout the morning.

Michelle's daughters were also there, helping keep things relaxed while everyone waited for us to get set up.

When JR and Michelle finally arrived, we spotted them taking photos near Scripps Park overlooking the ocean.

This was our cue.

We approached and offered to take a photo for them.

Michelle smiled politely and declined.

"Thank you though."

For a split second, Stephanie and I looked at each other.

This wasn't exactly how the script was supposed to go.

Fortunately, JR stepped in immediately.

"Let's have them take a few photos."

Crisis averted.

Honestly, he saved the day.

The Proposal at La Jolla Seal Rock

Once we started taking photos, everything settled into place.

The nerves disappeared.

The timing felt right.

The ocean sparkled behind them.

The sea lions could be heard in the distance near La Jolla Cove.

Tourists walked the coastline completely unaware that one of the biggest moments of someone's life was about to happen.

After a few photos, we guided JR and Michelle into position overlooking the water near La Jolla Seal Rock.

Then it happened.

JR got down on one knee.

Michelle immediately realized what was happening.

And she said yes.

The cheers from family nearby made the moment even more special.

Months of planning, anticipation, excitement, and nerves all led to this one question.

A Last-Minute Call We Couldn't Ignore

Three days before he planned to propose, Ben reached out to us with a problem.

His photographer had fallen through at the last minute, and he suddenly found himself searching for someone who could make it to Malibu on Memorial Day weekend to photograph one of the biggest moments of his life.

The proposal was scheduled for Saturday morning at Busch Trailhead in Malibu.

When we read his message, Steph and I looked at each other and immediately said, "We're down."

No hesitation.

When another photographer falls through, we almost feel an obligation to help if we can.

Memorial Day Weekend Logistics

There was just one challenge.

It was Memorial Day weekend.

We were already booked for multiple surprise proposals throughout Southern California.

The night before Ben's proposal, we had a sunset proposal scheduled at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego.

After looking at the logistics, we realized driving home after the shoot and then turning around a few hours later to make the drive to Malibu simply wasn't realistic.

So we made a decision.

After finishing our proposal at Sunset Cliffs, we packed up our gear and made the three-hour drive north along the California coast.

Our plan?

Find a safe place to camp out, grab whatever sleep we could, and wake up early enough to scout the proposal location before Ben and Allie arrived.

It wasn't exactly glamorous.

Sleeping in a vehicle isn't easy.

Especially after a long day of shooting.

But when you care about the outcome, you do what needs to be done.

A 5 A.M. Start in Malibu

By 5:00 a.m., we were already awake.

As soon as Starbucks opened, we grabbed coffee and started our day.

With caffeine in hand and very little sleep behind us, we headed toward Busch Trailhead to begin scouting.

One thing we never like doing is showing up blind.

Even when we're tired.

Even when it's last minute.

We want to understand the light, the landscape, the foot traffic, and the story before our clients arrive.

After exploring the trail system and surrounding viewpoints, we identified several ideal proposal locations.

We mapped out a plan, sent photos and recommendations over to Ben, and waited for his approval.

A few minutes later, we got the thumbs up.

Everything was set.

Now all we had to do was wait.

The Moment Everything Changed

When Ben and Allie arrived, we stayed discreet and began capturing candid photographs from a distance.

The two of them walked together along the trail, completely unaware that this ordinary morning was about to become one of the most important days of their lives.

As planned, Ben eventually approached us and asked if we could take a few photos of them together.

Of course, we said yes.

We started with a few casual images to help everyone relax.

Nothing felt rushed.

Nothing felt forced.

Just two people enjoying a beautiful morning in Malibu.

Then came the cue.

We positioned them facing each other.

Holding hands.

Looking into each other's eyes.

And in a matter of seconds, the entire story changed.

Ben dropped down onto one knee.

He asked Allie to marry him.

And she said yes.

The smiles.

The tears.

The shock.

The excitement.

Those are the moments we live for as photographers.
