When we launched Last Minute Photoshoot, we didn’t have a roadmap—just two photographers eager to learn through trial and error. One October afternoon at Peltzer Pumpkin Farm in Temecula, we met Manuel and Rachael, who kindly let us take their photos. That chance encounter became a lasting friendship and a full-circle moment when we reunited a year later for updated portraits. What began as spontaneous portraits has now evolved into a photography business specializing in surprise proposals and engagement sessions across Southern California. Sometimes, the best beginnings happen by accident—and Peltzer was one of ours.
