My dad was the opposite — he took photos of everything. He even carried around one of those large video cameras everywhere we went, recording our family adventures. Somehow, it never stuck with me. After narrowing down options across Orange County, they chose Montage Beach in Laguna Beach, a spot we had just photographed the week prior, and knew it would be perfect. The day began at Treasure Island Park, just above Montage Beach, where Tania and Bernardo wore elegant blue and white business casual outfits that popped against the lush greenery and sparkling ocean. Then, they changed into warm earth tones and moved down to the sand, where beige sands and dramatic cliffs created a timeless backdrop. In the end, Tania chose Montage Beach in Laguna Beach, and we couldn’t have agreed more. Just a week before, we had been there for another shoot and witnessed one of the most breathtaking sunsets we’d ever seen — the kind that bathes the ocean in gold and turns the sound of waves into a song you’ll never forget.
Tania booked us for multiple outfits and locations, giving us room to tell their story in different ways. We began at Treasure Island Park, which overlooks Montage Beach and sits in front of the iconic Montage Resort. For their first outfit — crisp business casual in soft blue and white — the lush greenery and endless ocean made for a timeless, elegant backdrop.
Then came outfit number two: earthy tones and neutral shades, blending beautifully with the warm beige sand and the dramatic cliffs that frame Montage Beach.
